I have a cold.
It is on my chest and making me cough and my face is puffy and my eyes don't open properly.
Funny how you always forget how utterly hideous having a cold can be.
I am sipping fresh, hot lemon and honey drink as I type.
Ugh.

You need a little rest...
We are prone to illness...
Just be health conscious and take time to rest.
"Health is wealth"...
Its a only a mere cold but it can make your day unbalance if you really admit that you have...(smile)...
Anyway,...take medicine if necessary or water theraphy could help a lot.

I am sipping hot water with lemon on one side of the desk and cold from the other - hydration is key, I know.

I expect that we will have a trip to the pictures probably and my friend Helen has said we will go to somewhere that is called The British Museum too which she says is all full of treasure that I can covet and so I am really looking forward to that although she says I might have to wait until monday but that is alright because I like to stretch out my birthday to at least a week if I can :ŽD

Ha! Woman flu.
Actually I had a stinker of a could a couple of weeks ago. But unlike most people of my gender I just went to work and got on with stuff.
There seems to be a lot of this sort of gunkiness going round at the moment.
