More things to strop about on a Monday

It's sunny yet somehow freezing, completely defeating the object of the summer exercise thing. Stop it.

My dress keeps clinging to my tights when I walk, ruining its line and generally flashing more of my legs than I intended. I shall no doubt be moaning about the static shocks later.

The cleaner has left the window of my office open so it's freezing in here as well as out there.

My feet ache from attempting to wear ladylike shoes due to 'that lunch meeting' today.

A bit of my gum is sore so in the back of my mind I'm quietly obsessing that my teeth are going to fall out.

I am cold. Did I mention that?

Meh! Pah! Meh!

Actually... argh!!!!

I wonder why everything always happens on mondays and maybe we should just get rid of them and have two tuesdays instead (or even better two sundays :¬)

Two Sundays is a brilliant idea. Two lots of Midsomer murders too - have you watched it yet? It was well spooky last night.

Flipping flip no I have still not seen it because last night my friend Helen had a film that she wanted to watch and I did not remember it is on a sunday so that I could ask to have it recorded but I will get my friend Nick to put a special circle round it for me in the Radio Times next week and then we will not forget!

Oh no but it was sooo good this week to and really quite chilling while still maintaining its subtle blend of humour and bonkersness.

I'll send you a reminder at the weekend.

Picture standing up in said meeting and belting out a cleansing AAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH at the top of your voice, until the windows shatter and everyone's hair stands on end in shock.

Then buy a chocolate muffin and sulk.

Works for me!

I might lie on the floor and pound it with fists while kicking then go raid the chocolate machine - that sounds like a cunning plan.

I'm not one for a muffin. I like my chocolate in a block. Family bar size preferably.
