On the train tonight the bloke beside me had an mp3 player so loud I could hear it even with my ipod cranked up to max.
I can't imagine what it was like for the poor sods sat around us.
Of course I like to think I brought the tone up because I was listening to Belle and Sebastian. He was listening to some hideous handbag house drivel.
Do you get it written on the box: 'mega-annoying for anyone stood within 50 feet' or is it just a surprise add-on?

why do people shout into their phones? it is odd? your friend nick is right, adverts are really loud. and cinemas are really cold.

I always take my blanky with me when I go to the pictures even if it is sunny out!

Everyone always seems to be annoyingly loud about everything I always think and I do not understand why people must stand in the street outside our house to have their phone conversations at the top of their voices either. My friend Nick noticed today that when I am watching an old programme like Hill Street Blues from when he was younger that it is much quieter than any of the programmes today and he says that is why all the adverts are really loud now too because they are at war with the louder programmes. Hmm I have just realised that was all a bit of a different thing to what you was talking about :¬)
